Corepower Sculpt isn't at all bootcamp. Try Corepower Cardio Circuit.
A class like that is good for strength training, and the yoga aspect will be good for flexibility too, but you should also be incorporating heavier lifting if your goal is strong or lean. Depending on your goals, 1-2 of these type classes a week with 2 days of strength training with heavier weights and maybe 1 day of cardio could work well.
