I was hired 4 months back for specific project , was working from very 1 week of hire, now i am going to move to bench. Though i am happy but i also very worried as how much time it take to find next project, if i will get project as per tech i want to work.

If you want to get better at R you can definitely teach yourself. Check out W3 School for free learning resources. Would recommend learning how to use SQL functions in R to kill two birds with one stone. Since R is free, the only barrier to you learning it is time. I find it to be an easy, intuitive, fun tool.
