Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I generally evaluate based on demeanor, vibe, how you present yourself, how articulate you are, how authentic you are, etc. By the time you get to me, I already know you’re qualified to do the projects we put you on. What I try to feel out is, are you going to annoy or piss off our clients when I’m not looking, or be a pain in the ass for your team members to work with. So, like others said, be yourself. That’s the best way to leave me (or one of my counterparts) with a good feel for your fit.
I would say just be personable/look up the core values online and tie your stories back. I interviewed as a campus hire and felt the culture/fit questions were pretty standard! I didn’t have any surprise so just prep the standard behavioral questions

A1 &A2 have it right. It really is looking for people to be themselves. It's usually pretty easy to detect fakes. Having a story that backs your values and skills is helpful. Extra credit when you show growth. Perfection is an example of fake.
Just be yourself. They’re just doing a personality fit to see if you fit in with their org mostly.

^ This.
Lol it wasn’t that hard they don’t drill you like the interviewer that’s a manager. They just want to know about you and your values.
Not always... depends on the MD
Mine... he knew the topic inside and out. We had a great chat about the industry + got pretty much grilled in everything I said :)
The MD call is not the hardest but the easiest one. It's a bit like quality assurance:
1) What we look for is how well you understand the practice and key aspects of it. My MD asked me 2 - 3 questions around it and then smiled at me telling me that I know the business well.
2) We are also looking for a team fit, so my other posters are right that being yourself is the best strategy
3) Ask also about their strategy and understanding of the market. Where they want to go, to see the fit.
And don't be discouraged from the 1 or 2 negative posts. We are like every organization. We have some great people and some rotten appels. Meaning being yourself is important to see if you fit. I personally have met 70% great people and that is what I like about us. But it's not like that in all practices.
Good luck on your talk!
Hopefully u get a chance to insert ur personality or hobbies in there and having a little mini convo about something not work related may show that ur personable
Be yourself! Either they see the potential or they don’t. Also lurk on their LinkedIn to gather information you can connect on ahead of the interview. Good luck!
Thanks everyone for sharing!! I’m ready and excited to start my journey with Accenture!!
It went well! Should be getting an offer soon!
