Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?

It is a reasonable thing that you are morally opposed to?
I think our work is THE most impactful place to make a stand - in our position we have access to the decision makers in the most impactful companies. Everything else is one or two steps removed in attempts to influence them.
However, being opposed to your clients core business model is a non starter in trying to change them and you need to leave before you do say something.
The issue is that it’s legal. The morally dubious choice of doing it to make money is not something you can change.
If you’re ready to wash your hands then this experience counts as you showing what you can do (build business) not as the ballin client you still have
