I don't have any issue continuing work at NG, it is giving me good technology to work on and new projects, but the whole purpose of this is salary.

I’m a 3rd year associate at a MM PE fund that has been successful in deploying our first fund and we’re now raising our 2nd at ~$400M. I was the 1st hire 2+ years ago and am the only associate. I do everything including DD, PortCo value creation and IR. Currently paid $250k all-in in a HCOL but with no carry & work 70+ hrs. Am I paid market? So I joined IBM five months back and just a week back I got a project.

Since my shift is 11:30 am - 8:30 pm, I started clocking in my hours in Workday from previous Monday for shift allowance and its pending for approval with my people manager.

Guys can you tell me when should we contact our manager by the end of every week or by the end of the month to get the entered time approved on Workday?

I recently gave my two week notice and will be joining a good firm.
While having drinks with my colleagues today one of them says “you’re not a citizen.
