How some people are clearing interview and then getting into a project even though they don't have any skills, no desire to learn new things, can't perform a very very simple task even though it's already documented clearly, totally burden on team members. They don't even try to do basic troubleshooting when they faced simple issues, rather asks stupid question to junior who is having only 1 years of experience and ask for solution.
I noticed this in every project I joined(Service based company)

Has anyone had their boss find out they were selectively looking for new positions then literally call them after work and explode with every explitive in the book at you for taking advantage of then; say that you have no idea and that they know way more projects people in your industry than you have any idea and that they can make things really tough for you? I honestly couldn't believe he legitimately did that and I know for a fact no one elsewhere told him that bc I'm interviewing at 1 firm

Today i have got mail from hr where they have sent one more mail saying they have arrange another meeting to get to know more about you and your professional experience.

In interview I will he having technical discussion and management and hr round.

So is it just hr round or they will take another interview on technical skills.

Please suggest is it normal?

I am a Financial & Strategy Consultant (15+ yrs exp in Banking, Climate/Project Finance & Strategy Consulting) with a pending EB-2 NIW case. I got a request for additional evidence from USCIS. Most of my letters are from known experts. They want me to submit independent expert letters from people who can talk about the significance of my work to the Financial & Management field and US interest, from non-familiar persons. Anyone willing to write me an expert opinion letter highlighting above?

Although, my manager appreciates my efforts and work, but at the end of the day I don't like the work. However, manager is quite supportive.

I’m currently a claim processor making $20/hour so the offer is more than what i’m making but is low in comparison to the average salary for an auto underwriter in AZ (which is around $58k).
