I was told to wait at least a month after. I’m 5 weeks post-transfer and chances are my doc won’t approve me for exercise other than walking until week 12.

Ugh thank you :(
What kind of exercise are you referring to? Walking is recommended but as my RE told me “no jumping around”.

Thank you, this is extremely helpful information!

Mine said nothing that puts pressure or twists the abdomen or gets heart rate above 120 or until the beta. So that basically rules out everything except walking and light non-twisty yoga. Ugh.

For reference, I did an FET 7 weeks after retrieval. So I am now 10 weeks post retrieval, 2.5 weeks post transfer, and a week post the first beta. I was optimistically hoping the stricter guidelines were for post retrieval

No exercise, besides walking, until 12 weeks..

My doc said anything I did before transfer was fine to resume post-beta, except things that distort the abdomen. The reason to wait until beta isn’t a risk thing - it’s more to avoid ‘what if…?’ if it doesn’t work. I returned to Pilates and Peloton (lower impact) right after beta and sailed through to 12 weeks no problem

I am so sorry for your loss, sending you all of the sticky baby dust for the next transfer. You've got this Warrior!
