How soon is too soon to follow up with the recruiter after a final interview? It’s been a couple business days since I was told I would hear back.

New to FishBowl but hoping to get some advice/make some connections on here. I have an MHA and 6 YOE post grad-school in hospital operations and leadership. I'm currently a Service Line Director looking to make a transition away from hospital operations into consulting/strategy/etc.

I’ve applied to a number of positions at Optum/PwC/CVS etc but can’t seem to get an interview. I’m revamping my resume but are there other things I can be doing to at least get an initial interview? Any advice?

So I just finished my initial phone screen with the recruiter and he is patching over my résumé to the hiring manager to get another interview. What is the timeframe to hear feedback?

How is the CTC decided for a role ? Suppose if in the first round the hr asks what is expected CTC is it wise to give a range or say it can be negotiated in interview. Will citing a particular higher range lessen the chances of technical interview as the HR/recruiter think person has asked more?
