Absolutely. The *only* situation in which you might not make this choice is if you actually don’t like the work and are hoping the promo and money will make you ok with it, and another year on you’re trying to justify a second switch in as many years.
Even then, it’s a story you can sell at that point, you’ll have a better title, and more in your pocket
Fairly conclusive comments here! Interested to hear what grade you’re coming in to Deloitte at though as 10 months from grad to Consultant is amazingly quick (kudos) and yet if your coming in as an Analyst then current comp must be super low for the A salary to be a 50% bump!

Oliver Wyman Need some advice for those in OW in the UK. I've been offered a job in Guy Carpenter (in the London office next to tower of London). Is it common for people to move from GC to Oliver Wyman, or is it unheard of?
Nope. Take that leap.

If you are unhappy, or think the other role would offer you better development / life, go for it! Your employee will understand.
I thought the exact same when I was leaving my graduate role, but it’s part of life!
Never too soon if it is the right move for you as you only live once! Is there a particular reason why you want to leave your current role/firm?
Then absolutely go for it
go for it
Deloitte can probably postpone your start date until Sept, the consultancies do that all the time. Ask
