Dating help! I’ve never dated someone & noticed the guys who will initiate things with me will start getting very flirty early on. It’s a pretty big indicator that they’re looking for casual only (and they’re trying to hookup ASAP) but also helps me see if there’s some sexualchemistry. How early on do you start introducing the flirty/sexual stuff in dating when it’s more serious?

My business partner and good friend is brilliant but pretty naive when it comes to reading people, discerning intent and negotiation. We have a boutique consultancy (side hustle) in a niche where we have a natural right to win. Trying to coach-up without upsetting the dynamic and hoping to get some resources that might be helpful in that regard. Looked into SCORE Business Mentoring but curious if there are other resources worth checking out as well. Thanks

Went on a few interviews and there is always positive feedback but no offers. However, two companies in particular mentioned that they didn’t think I’m ready for the manager role quite yet. I am currently the level right before manager at my firm however I don’t have my CPA so cannot get promoted. Any tips for how to convey I have manager level skills? Not sure what part of my responses are showing that I should stay at the senior level.

I was offered a position through a recruiter and the company is now doing a background check. I haven’t received a written offer letter or started any paperwork.

After receiving the offer I turned down a final interview with another company. I’ve also been invited to another interview with someone else.

I don’t feel comfortable continuously turning down interviews if I don’t have a written offer or started any paperwork. I want to email HR about the process but what should I say?

My dream company has opened many positions in my field in various of their subsidiaries for the first time since I started my career. A month ago, I applied to all the available ones at that moment and I finally did my first interview. Now, I’m just waiting to get a call about a second interview. They keep posting new jobs I qualify for in different subsidiaries, should I continue to apply to increase my chances, or is that wrong bc I’m already started the interview process with one position?

Highly recommended for anyone else doing video interviews!
