Are there any clawbacks on GS bonuses??
I have offers from Mastercard and EXL Service (EXL Health/SCIO Health acquired by EXL) @ 10 YOE. With Mastercard, I am getting Level 6, Lead Software Engineer at 41.5 LPA(including variable), but I have to relocate from Noida to Gurgaon. With EXL Service ( EXL Health), I am getting D1, Assistant Vive President at 43 LPA, but the location is Noida.

About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

You’ll probably get an offer in the middle of the range, top 3/4 if you’re lucky. It’s very, very rare for them to offer the top and they won’t go beyond it. The logic is… if you’re at the top already, then you may be applying for a role that you are overqualified for. They like people to be hungry for the top of the range, and they do reward handsomely when you outperform the expectations of the role. I would also consider culture very strongly. There’s no place like Liberty. They take care of people in a million other ways than money. Although the money is very good.
I second this. They won’t give you top of range but that’s because once you get there within role, you’re getting promoted to the next level (comes with an even bigger raise)
