On a somewhat related note, who knew that CrossFit was actually a company?
I always thought it was more of a general philosophy of out of shape people in their 30s pushing their physical limits with no regard for safety or proper form so they can post videos of themselves dislocating both shoulders on Facebook.
It’s how he feels. I’m pretty sure he’s said similar things outside of ‘these times’. His insensitivity and lack of concern for POC is just being highlighted now because mainstream media cares about the anti racism movement
I’m not surprised. But glad he’s getting called out
It’s not stupidity...it’s selfishness and ignorance
As CEO, nobody internally could call him out without risking their job. He probably has a track record of inappropriate comments that employees suffered through.

He didn’t resign just because media called him out. Brands were canceling partnerships. The existence of the company would have been in question. All the people who are resigning are NOT doing that because they developed awareness and needed some extra time to reflect on the effects of his comments. Its economically someone is tightening the noose. If you can do that you can control everything.
