How to answer the question why do you want to move? I usually answer for a new challenge but a couple of time I have been asked that we already have things in place and a major portion of work is to keep things working how is this a challenge? This is true for most companies, haven’t found a good answer to this.

‼️DATING SOMEONE IN COMPETING FIRM‼️Anyone have any experience dating someone that works at a competitor ? I’m a new hire and I’ve been reading the policies and it seems really strict. For ex:

(1) can a person at MasterCard date someone working for a competitor (AmEx) or merchant partner (any company that accepts MasterCard ex: Google) ?

And (2) If they CAN date, does this need to be reported to their leader and HR, etc ? (Most people don’t want their company knowing about their personal life)
