How to answer why you're quitting a new job you've only been doing for one month?

The honest answer is that manager is inexperienced and she also has no off mode.
There was virtually no onboarding, I was thrown into the the mix day 2.
Very lean team with very little support.
My WLB is out of wack due to having to deal with west coast hours, 6 or 7pm meetings.

How do I spin this positively?

This job has really stressed me out and I am on the verge of a burn out. I am considering quitting and taking a break for two months. Thinking about lateraling from one large top tier international firm to another. Everyone who has left my firm is happier work wise (though they miss some of our amazing perks). I was hired as a summer in 2016, clerked in 2017 and am now going into my third year of practice.
My only complaint is that I “fit” with only about 1/ 3 of the partners on the floor which makes getting work tougher than it should be. My anxiety is at it’s peak. I am wondering if a fresh start worked for anyone?

Been since May 23rd that I’ve completed my background check. Called the 3rd party company and they said the background check has been sent to the hiring company for review as of last Friday.
