Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

Connect with recruiters on LinkedIn. Canada is quite a competitive market so quite difficult(though not impossible) to get jobs overseas
Avoid Canada look at Europe. Europe will be an easier option than North Am.

Canada is going to be tougher than Europe atm. Lot of folks are immigrating to Canada so there is already that imbalance between the number of jobs available vs number of people eligible for employment.
I would recommend zeroing in on the country you want to go to in Europe, shortlist the companies, reach out to their recruiters and check with them. Alternatively, Google is your best friend. Just Google “companies hiring international talent” or something of that sort.
You can also reach out to any Indians at those companies for insights. Again, LinkedIn is the best resource.
Thanks for your detailed reply. Will check! 👍🏻
