Hi everyone! I'll take any tips and advice on how to get a job as a Project Manager/Product Manager without experience. I have a BBA in Marketing and Management and 8 years of experience in hearing aid sales, where I've gained nothing useful enough to transition to another field (at least I don't think so). Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?

My elder brother whose yoe is 9 years got a new job in Siemens with a fixed CTC of 40 LPA.
His skills are AngularJS, AWS

Do you think this is a good package as per his skills . He has tons of big professional level AWS certifications and his communication/soft skills are as good as his technical/hard skills .

What will be in hand salary in TCS with a CTC of 8 lpa and Annual Salary (A) Component is 7.31 lpa ?
