How to be a Product Manager from Product Owner? Which certifications or courses can I choose?

I know the pay at Jackson Lewis is subpar, but is anyone at JL and happy there? I understand this is also probably office specific but am curious about culture and vibe.

I’m a private immigration attorney whose interested into transitioning into a high level federal government attorney position in the future (not in this administration). Ideally, I’d love to work in the solicitor general’s office.

Has anyone heard of business analyst for IT domain? (Agile/project management) your thoughts on it? I have heard of BA roles for banking, finance, retail, ecommerce etc but not for IT as a whole. I heard it's in demand in Europe. Any idea?
