I will be losing on a lot of bonus if I join Cognizant. Should I negotiate on my CTC adding my bonus in my base salary or ask them to compensate for the lost bonus as joining bonus

Also, I had a retention clause with my current company for a certification I did, which was costly; can I ask Cognizant to consider paying it?

What courses would you recommend (or avoid) to improve my overall management skills? I am reading books, articles and my company provides me with a career coach. I am 38, and don't really want to go back to school. I have my BS in Psychology, but am a Director in Finance. Don't necessary want the cost that comes with an MBA.

How challenging is it to get admitted to American MBA programs? Does RB have recognition in the region? Is it more challenging to get admitted compared to consultants at American T2 firms like Kearney or OW?

How does referral work at MBB? Someone agreed to refer me, sent him my resume and couple days later he asked to submit my application as normal. I did not receive any email inviting me to apply or notifying me of the referral. Is that normal?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Hello ME fish. I'll be joining an MBB's Riyadh office soon, from outside ME. Just curious as to why LinkedIn shows employees at MBB in KSA being almost all being of Saudi nationality? How is diversity like in the KSA office for MBB firms? Understand this might be because the KSA offices are newer than UAE ones so can we expect this to improve in the future?

Does anyone else work with people who need to get the last word even when they’re wrong? For instance, I sent over a redline and someone claimed I redlined the wrong version. Which I did not. I attempted to clarify and they spoke over me, so I just conceded and said okay even though I did not redline it incorrectly! I know how to redline things!! the personalities in this field are so hard to deal with.

The barrier to entry is low, not even sure if graduating high school is needed. My old agent even said she did it bc she can make a lot money and not work that much. She drove a new Mercedes and sent her kids to private school, husband was also an agent.
