I was recently offered a Zoom interview. I had 10 slots to choose from. I took the first slot available. Three were one day earlier this week and the rest are next week. Does it look good (or desperate, lol) on my part that I took the first time or should I have waited until next week so that I would be fresher on their minds when choosing a candidate? Also, do interviewers still appreciate a handwritten note after an interview?

CTS HR called me on 23rd August, We discussed the package and he said I will be receiving an offer letter soon. It's almost two weeks now but I still haven't received any kind of updates. Is it normal? (Btw I am an Immediate Joiner).
