Just responded to a recruiter who cold emailed about a position with all the prototypical “reasonable annual billables, collegiate culture etc etc” and said:

For the last year or so I (24m) have felt the desire to move on from my current company for a few different reasons:

1. The industry/company doesn’t captive/inspire me
2. I do not see a desirable career ladder over the next 5-10 years
