My friend got an offer letter from IBM. Salary is not per his expectations and he wanted to ask more. He already send a mail as HR is not reverting on calls. There is an option to put Query on the Offer letter instead of Accept.
Kindly suggest if he should Accept/Query/wait.
Deadline to accept is tomorrow.

I got a call from the Google recruiter about my L7 em interview Google She said I did overwhelmingly good on all interviews except one had mixed feedback on a system design. No surprise because it was not a good interview. The recruiter said i had a choice to go to hiring committee, give referrals they could call about my system design or take another system design interview. I’m not confident about the system design because of the bad experience I had with the previous interviewer. What should I do?

1) We can deal with it by working on proper Techstack.
2) Also, People get more when companies are desperate to take somone on board.
I think tech stack is not criteria anymore As seeing people and companies are only focusing on DSA and System design.
I have 7 years of experience with 7.5 lpa and recently participated in a college recruitment drive to select freshers at 7 lpa for digital cader. After 1-2 interviews , I felt so bad about myself that i told the HR i am not feeling well and left the interview session.
Everybody has their story. Bro prepare yourself to change the company.
Can't make companies to pay higher to existing employees. We can only keep switching to boost salary.
