Best and most effective route is probably therapy also make sure you’re setting limits on hours and getting exercise in.
Also seriously consider a new job. No job is worth this level of stress
OP, it's tough to exercise your rights as a grown-up capable of his/her own career moves and life-altering decisions. However, your Parents do not have to deal with the repercussions of working in a job that is not working for you. This is the time to break away and take control of your own life. It's amazing how much of a burden will be lifted when you are not dancing to the tune of your parents - no matter how well-intentioned they are. Good Luck!
New job for sure, therapy is a bandaid at this point I’ve been there. Go see a doctor about meds, have routines that ground you and make you feel even a teensy bit better. Physical exercise is also good but not a cure. Def doctor at this point. Best luck to you

You sound like me. I also took a one month break and nothing is better.
I did 30 day anxiety meditation program by headspace. It really helped.
Additionally, i got on a long term project where i could build genuine relationships, so when things got tough i was actually comfortable to raise a concern. Much more supportive now than on my first couple of projects.
If you wanna talk more feel free to DM. I was definitely in a bad place for a while so i know how rough it can be
