I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.

I have an offer with EY GDS with 14.5 CTC as Lead Analyst and another offer with LTI With 18.5 CTC as Specialist Engineer( Team Lead role ).
My YOE is 5.8yrs, working as Tableau Developer.
I am confused with the opportunity to take up. With respect to WLB, please suggest if i need to re-negotiate with EY or go with LTI ? I have no Lead experience before. Thats one of the concern to me.

EY GDS enterprise risk has rolled out three return to office surveys. I have said no to all of them. Some of the managers/SM are dying to make us come back to work so that they can do their policing.
I don't see a reason to come to office when I can do stuff from home. Anyhow I end up working till 12, can't spend more time on cabs.
