Hook up your other monitor and then go to your computer’s display settings

If you mean see your desktop at the same time, somewhere (usually at the top) you should see a button that says "window" This will allow you to have it act as a normal folder like window. Hope that helps

Drag the Remote Desktop window to be big enough to fill both screens

Confession - I don't want to go back to office. I'm happy working from home and find no solid reason in stepping back. I hope the flexi work culture allows permanent WFH - I don't have a "good enough" reason, but I don't want to go (isn't this good enough?)
