I have an interview for a TPM role that I didn't technically apply to (my resume got passed along). I work in a technical environment but dont have a technical background. Do I actually have a real shot??
How technical are TPM roles? I know how to talk to technical people but not make technical decisions myself. Amazon Project Kuiper.
QA Salary at BMO
I am a Principal Solutions Architect with 13 YOE of which 5 years exp is with Biotech focusing on Public Cloud (AWS) & overall AWS exp. 9 years. I need suggestions /opinions if applying for a Senior Solutions Architect (Level6) at AWS makes sense or if I should aim for a Principal SA (level 7) role at AWS with Healthcare & Lifesciences industry experience. If it makes any difference, I worked for AWS ProServe as an external SA in the past. Any insights / feedback appreciated.

Believe that the state of Colorado requires jobs to be posted with a salary, you can use that to benchmark
Yeah I noticed that. Not every job allows you to work in Colorado but I can’t wait till April then. A lot of roles in NY will give me a better idea of what salary ranges will be.
Glassdoor or ask around
I’d concur to check with Glassdoor, and even Googling exact job titles with company name and salary often will give you some ranges. Another way is set up alerts in LinkedIn where you can put specific job titles, location and pay. I use that to cross reference.
200k range usually means senior level.. at that level it’s all abt who you know
This is positive and promising. I saw the level at mid senior level.
Work through recruiters /headhunters
Agree and you'll know if they're a good recruiter because they should be willing to work with you on this/matchmake you with the right company based on that
Good luck officer !
Most US tech companies growing revenue faster than 40% YoY will offer $200K+ for manager level roles
