I can bark if you need a pet
Why don’t you buy a place, and rent out one or two rooms to people you like? That’s what I did and it’s worked great so far.
3 bed 3.5 bath, TriBeCa. The master is mine (and my gf), I use one as an office rn the 3rd is a Airbnb/crash pad for friends/family. Sometimes I do long term Airbnbs for guests I like
Pay my share and I’ll be your roommate. Where do you live, pent house?
Marry me
You into polygamy OP?
I get that you don't want to go through work, but you might have the best luck with your professional network (including outside of your current company) because there are very, very few people with that kind of salary/budget at all, let alone who would want a roommate. Also probably not the answer you're looking for but, given how few people at that level would want a roommate, you might actually have better luck dating and eventually having an SO move in with you.
Yes. This is an *extreme* budget, let alone also looking for roommates.

$9-10k each? 😱
just live alone…
I hope people see where you work before judging your cost. Best bet is to find someone else who works at a HF or PE that can justify that rent and is willing to spend that much. Might be tough to come by. You could find someone who wants to spend 5-6k and get a sweet 2 bed?

I saw OP is at Citadel and am still shocked at the cost 😂
I don’t particularly want to go through work, so I’m not sure how else to do this.
Why wouldn’t you find a place to buy if you’re spending that much per person in rent?
I’m generally curious what the lifestyle of someone who makes that sort of money is like. If you are asking about roommates I’m guessing you are in your 20s?
Do you just fly around the world in first class at the drop of hat? Drop $10K at the club? What’s life like in the .1%?

Apparently the saying is true. It’s lonely at the top.
TIL there are rentable places at $30K/month 😳
Get a significant other and a pet
I volunteer for both.
Hahahahah

I also prefer roommates. Best way to find someone like that Is through work.

I second buying a place and seeing if you have a colleague, friend or SO who can swing that budget.
You’re blessed OP

Oh maybe through a social club?
Wall Street oasis? Maybe not even there since it's mostly junior folks
Yeah don’t go there unless you want to find insecure overachieving college students who will feign interest in order to get your personal contact info for a networking call
