Filed for H1B extension, extension approved till aug-2024 (stamping not done), switched from tcs to infosys before stamping. I have new petition documents with me. Assuming infosys agrees to use my H1B, is there a possibility to file H1B transfer or reuse my visa.? Thanks

Anyone tried to get a haircut on the DL? 😂😂😂
Is it medically (eg GAD) or situationally caused (eg your job sucks)?
The stress of this line of work can be all-encompassing and destructive, and it sucks when it all boils over. It helps to be able to disengage from it, which can be really hard to do when you're overwhelmed. I've dealt with pretty bad anxiety myself - I know how heavy the burden can be.
Mindful meditation really helps with disengaging with anxiety and stuck thoughts / feelings; in this case, about your work.
Practicing may not initially seem very impactful, but consistency will allow you to take a step back from the loops your mind is stuck on so that you can observe your thoughts and manage your response to them, rather than be consumed by them.
This quote from Marcus Aurelius really helped to ground me when I first started: "if you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment."
It's not the stress that kills you, it's your response to it. Put yourself and the people you love before you work - it'll help you manage your anxiety and you'll be happier overall.
Just constant heart racing
Try meditation.

There should be an underlying physical or emotional reason
You first need to figure that out
Adderal helps
Go to your doctor for a physical
As best as you can, cut out or minimize alcohol, caffeine, and sugar
Identify any triggers
Download a meditation app and do a 1-5 min meditation every few hours and then less often once the anxiety is less constant
Find a therapist, if you can, and consider meditation (I did it for a few years and it helped)
Find sensory tools to help ground you (heating pads, cooling jade rollers, essential oils, play dough or slime, glitter jars)
Oops I meant medication not meditation for the therapy part

Is your diet in check?
Are you hydrated?
Are you sleeping high quality sleep long enough?
Do you consume excessive caffeine/ are you sensitive to caffeine?
Are you taking breaks?
Do you have an underlying condition that would necessitate a supplement or medication?
Only things I would add to this list are exercise and taking time to do things that you like to do. But these are all great things to have in check for your overall mental and physical health.
Try medication
CBD oil might help
Absolutely start with a doctor and possibly a therapist. Yes, hydration, exercise, good sleep habits help. But you need a handle on some gauge for where you are clinically, with experts providing guidance regarding therapeutics and possibly medication. Went through a phase in my late 20s of extreme stress caused by many factors which included a diagnosis and treatment for cancer. After about 8 months of therapy, weekly sessions, therapist and I agreed to try medication, so also started to see a psychiatrist. My diagnosis was moderate to severe chronic anxiety and depression. After an initial med. that didn't work started Paxil. A significant game changer for my brain chemistry. Still take it daily, do therapy off and on when needed, but the work I did from my late 20s to late 30s were essential to me coming to terms with my anxiety and depression (in my mid 50s now). Your journey here will be specific to you, but have some medical professionals involved. Best of luck to you.
Excercise and eat well!
I would start by speaking to a doctor and therapist first. All of the other recommendations work as well but I’d first speak with a doctor
Meditation and Pranayama can help. I would suggest take a course offered by art of living, if you like it, go for advanced ones as well. It will change your life
