how to get around the cooldown period for BCG, could i just create another profile? made it to final round a few months back and wanted to interview in the next couple months rather than waiting until 2022

If a job posting specifies certain education requirements that you don't have, is it still worth applying or will you be automatically skipped over? I truly believe I have the experience to make the degree irrelevant, but if the system will just skip over me, I don't want to waste my time on these.

I resigned from the service based company i was working in because at the time I had an offer. They later mentioned that the offer is contingent on the fact that I get an early release from the 90 days NP, which didn't happen and they ghosted me.

2.Controller/Dir at a Phase 1 private company. Reports to CFO. Currently uses consultant for accounting
3.Dir of reporting and accounting (with a "promise" to promote to controller in 1 year) at commercial stage company planning to go SPAC IPO this year. Report to VP finance.
