I’m interviewing for summer roles that would be mostly (or entirely) transactional and would most likely lead to a job after graduation, so salary info is important for me making a decision. Got a verbal offer for a sr consultant role at an FSI for 80K base, 8% bonus. Today, I see a job posting for the same job and company and the range is 68K-111K. The hiring manager in the interviews stated the range was 65-78K. HR just called and told me I have one day to decide. I haven't received the email/paper offer yet. This is leading me to feel off about this situation. What should I do? Its still a 15K pay bump for me.
