Read case in point or similar for some canned frameworks (market entry, M&A, revenue growth, cost cut, new product, etc) and then practice by reading case prompts, making a framework to fit, and then reading the rest of the case to see if you were on the right track. I could do 8 of these in an hour and that was my primary case prep. Helps business knowledge too (or at least sound like you know what you’re talking about!). Good luck - we need more cross pollination between tech and business!

Business first - just moved from consulting to product delivery (how do I get more tech acumen/knowledge?? 🙂). The advice comes from past experience trying to prep for cases without a business background - doable, but definitely rough at first

I have had couple of interviews for bizops roles, but have gotten dinged. When they ask questions like how should we enter this market, or should we invest in this technology etc.. I tend to freeze up and can't give clear answers. What are some key concepts/framework that I should learn?

I’m sponsored from Deloitte at my mba program and I’m planning to rerecruit for MBB. Some of my classmates and others in the program really question why I would do this. Or do you guys think getting MBB is def worth giving up my sponsorship

Hey all - I got an awesome new job Accenture in the applied intelligence practice as a consultant. I am also doing my MBA part time at a T15 school. The MBA exit salary is on average 150k for consultants in my program. I was hoping that when I finish my MBA, I would be able to ask for a raise to match my salary to what those MBA folks normally get. Is there a way for me to request that in ACN? If so, how open are leadership to that conversation?
