As a manager, I check everything. I keep an eye on the deliverables as well as the staff and make sure everything gets done, correctly and timely. If you want to act rude, or passive aggressive. I will no longer work with you, on your shit client that will send the information a week before the deadline. When you end up with a manager that doesn’t look at anything, doesn’t care and leaves you with all the work, you will regret being rude to me. I put in an honest days work, I ask for respect.

Hi friends, I joined CG in Dec as senior consultant (C1) in gcp devops with 22 LPA(20 +2 Variable) for 7.5 years experience. but i also have offer with IBM for 18 LPA. i have 1 year old baby so im thinking IBM might be better choice for WLB and WFH for future also.
I am not yet assigned to any project in CG hence please help me whether quitting CG and joining IBM for difference of 4 LPA is wise decision or not.Will CG provide WLB n flexibility

I have joined oracle on monday. They told me the project is in Angular as I was working on Angular latest framework. Today I noticed the code on shared screen. I can not work on older technology. I have not received laptop yet and I called manager about tech stack of project then he told me that yes it is not angular project. What should I do.. should I continue here and collect laptop ? Left MBB 2 years post Mba to pursue equivalent pay and amazing wlb in a “big old tech” strategy team (think IBM, Dell, HP). I thought boring work would be fine in the context but after 1 year it’s getting to me. How would you think about exit timing to avoid “leaving too fast” but also avoiding becoming branded as an old tech guy? Does the old tech experience look bad for FAANG-like prospects?
