I started a new job at the beginning of the year and things have been great so far. Today I got a message from a recruiter for a role at a startup that sounds really interesting. I’ve always been interested in working at a startup, but don’t think it would be a good idea to move jobs within a year. Should I even talk with the recruiter to learn more or just keep working in a role and company I’m happy with? Thanks for any input.

Got 37.08% hike from ASE to SE promotion based on techleap. Just wondering if any Manager or HR can clear. Why is it .08% I mean is it calculated based on some parameters or something.

My ex broke off our engagement last October. I have done a lot of reflection, growing, even did a few months of therapy, etc. Our relationship ending devastated me, but I look back now and feel like I dodged a bullet in many ways. BUT I still feel weirdly heartbroken - I think about them a lot, miss them, even though I know I’m better off. I’m still grieving and it’s exhausting. I know I’m lacking closure - but how do I get there?

I lift each morning at 7am (Olympic lifts/bodybuilding type lifts) but don’t eat until 11:30am due to intermittent fasting. Am I shooting myself in the foot here?
