Has anyone dealt with stuffing allocation in a non-hedge fund context? It seems even in the HF world the law is fuzzy in using aggregate reverse 704c principles in stuffing allocations. I cleared Accenture Tech round, and they have sent a mail asking to fill in EAF . Should I wait for HR discussion and then do it? One of my friends didnt have HR round for salary discussion. After Tech round, they directly sent offer letter. When he asked for HR discussion for salary negotiation, they said nothing can be done. Does this happen a lot in Accenture?
