Hi I am a Data Engineer. I work in Azure and knows only Sql, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and PySpark basic. I have Y.O.E 1.5 years & current CTC 4.5 lpa. I worked in ingestion layer. I want to switch my job as I am not getting good project opportunities anymore. So with these skills how much CTC can I ask for or expect during my job switch? Client involved in MVA, can’t drive for Uber or Lyft for 2.5-3 weeks, vehicle owned by Client, so rental only given in his name, 3P suggesting Client cant claim LWs because his wife should’ve illegally taken the rental to work and/or he shouldve driven her to work and then used her car to work for those 2.5-3 weeks, thoughts? He couldn't have used the rental either and his account was suspended under his vehicle. Also, Client purchased new vehicle sooner to RTW sooner as parts were backordered.

Has anyone tried the idea of swapping creative teams with another company’s in-house team for a one-off project? Thinking it would be nice to give the creative teams a change of pace by working a different brand.

I am relatively new at my in-house position on a very small legal team and have realized that all of our organization’s policies/procedures are very poorly written. My boss, the GC, clearly drafted many of them (she is not a great writer, unfortunately). Has anyone here done a complete overhaul of P&Ps or does this seem like more of a gradual project, improving on policies ad hoc as they are updated? Also, any advice on suggesting edits/dealing with a boss who’s a bad writer?

And I told him I got an offer letter already and I accepted it, He told like they just interview and don't know about the backend processes.

So now I am confused, will i have another round of interview ?

My job (biglaw, finance, midlevel) is a poor fit overall — both in the adhd sense and more broadly in that it doesn’t really play to my strengths. I am also your usual high achieving people pleaser (such a common species in this job). The combination of all of the above means I am unhappily slogging uphill to be a B/B+ associate in a job that doesn’t interest me in the least. I am planning to make a change in the spring. When I ask my manager for advice about how to do something, he usually just tells me I'll "figure it out yourself." But when it comes down to it, he doesn't help me at all by doing that—he just makes me feel like an idiot. And then when I do figure it out myself and bring the answer back to him, he won't even look at it! He'll just say something like "Oh yeah, thank you," and give me another assignment.
