Join a variety of fitness classes and see what you enjoy. You may find doing some activity (group exercise, Zumba, yoga, spin, barre, etc.) is more enjoyable when doing it with a group. Good luck!
My fun is being serious about going up in weight ever week, every muscle group, every set. I use Strong app to keep track of reps, sets, load so it easily shows personal records for each exercise plus all weight lifted during the workout. I’m 37F, 5’2, 140lbs and finished chest off yesterday with 4 sets of incline, flat, decline, all increasing from 115, 135, 145, 155; all sets at least 8 reps. Felt effing amazing to keep seeing progress in gains. I haven’t done 155lbs 8 times since college. Tomorrow’s is back and bis and that’s always a great motivator to increase weight!
