I wanted to know that how much salary range I can expect on the below parameters.

Exp: 4.1 years
CCTC - 5.84
Role - Data Engineer
Tech stack - Azure cloud technologies : ADF, ADLS Gen 2, Azure Databricks, Azure Logic App, SQL (Basic level) , Spark/Pyspark (Beginner)

Current Offer: Accenture for 9.98 LPA (8.25 LPA Fixed and 21% variable) for level - 10.

I know it is quite low for level 10 but as the CCTC was low so couldn't do much. Appreciate your inputs.

On average, how much does Merck give for bonuses. I know it varies from person to person but for a position like a clinical data manager what would the bonus be?

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.

She said i sent approval for 26+1 Lac JB but approvers directly denied ki why u sending for more than 30 days joinee for JB. I asked her ki if smthng can be done. She denied. Grade - P3.
