And another offer from PwC India for senior analyst tech consulting 16.7 L fixed + 167k variable + 1 L joining bonus : 19.37 LPA +including joining bonus). Which one should I go for considering Work quality, WLB and annual appraisals ?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. I have an offer letter from Barclays which cannot be downloaded from their portal (only fixed CTC mentioned in offer)also as per hr discussion she said I will get a 20 per cent bonus every year in March but it is not mentioned in the offer letter. How am I able to trust them with this?
There is no component provided as performance pay in the offer letter.
