Can you not afford to leave it off your resume? It'll be real awkward when someone asks literally any question about how you "led liquidity management strategy, resulting in $XXM of cash inflow for YY number of clients" and you have to explain that it was actually call center work. If you must include this experience in your resume, what you wrote in this post is fine. You assisted end users with unemployment benefits app and SBA loan portal.

Amen to that, same approach here

How’d you like working in a call center? Seems to have very direct impact helping people access benefits.

Maybe off-topic, but I’ve got a question related to taxes and withholding. 2020 was the first year that both me and my wife made full salaries in our high-paying jobs (she’s a pharmacist, I’m in consulting). We don’t do anything out of the ordinary to reduce our taxes, we just put ~ 6% each towards our 401k’s. No house or kids so our other deductions are limited. Just started doing taxes and got a shock that we owe big. Any others in this situation? Do you just withhold a ton extra on W4?

Looking for some advice. I made 150k on GME but then lost 100k in the hype. Despite coming out net positive I feel like an idiot for being where I started after gaining so much. I recognize I broke a lot of my trading rules and I essentially was trading on emotion which lead to my loss. If it matters my portfolio is about 80k and I make about the same in salary. So this was the most money I’ve ever handled or even traded. Advice?
