How to make career in tech without knowing DSA problem solving?

I am working at ZS on an MDM project for a pharma company
I plan to leave zs in next 6 month
I have 2 questions
What companies can I target ?
How should I prepare ?

I'm an SVP/strategist with 25 yrs exp., but only 3 years in healthcare. I'm being recruited for a GSVP "account leadership" role (i.e., not on the strategy team) for two big unbranded campaigns. It sounds great, they know my med/reg comms exp. is very light, and I think I can do the job, but: Is there a real future for me on the account side if, at GSVP level, I still haven't done much meg/reg? Would this be the end of the line for me, with limited mobility because my expertise is too narrow?

Can i leave advisory/consulting for audit or tax after 6 months? I don't being here

Dilemma… I left my old company 4 months ago. Today, they’ve reached out to me to ask me to come back at a higher role, Operations Manager. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before. However, this role would be hybrid (2x in office) and come along with more responsibilities and hours than my current WFH role which is very chill. The pay is only 15% more than I currently make. Any thoughts?

Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I love my job and have been doing it for years. My Principal is good to me as well! The problem is...the Paraprofessionals at my school are never recognized. You have Teachers Day, Secretaries Day, Principal's Day, etc. Paraprofessional Day comes and goes at my school every year with nothing mentioned to us. hi fishes, I have joined Iti as a lateral.
After joining they have asked me to collect laptop from office. When i went, the laptop was not in a great condition and was refurbished. I am guessing it was used almost 3 to 4 years before me.

I asked them for a new laptop and they said they dont have new laptop in stock, i even checked with my manager she said she is also using refurbished laptop so no problem.
