Hi Adidas colleagues, How much Hike I can expect in next pay review? I joined adidas this year on June 1st . I am on M4 level. CTC is 18LPA.
Total YEO will be 4 yrs 3 months by end of Dec.
I got M4 because they have only a slot of that position available that's why CTC is relevantaly bit low.

As soon as you get the offer. You don’t want to officially sign anything or agree to join the company until you have negotiated a compensation that you feel is fair. I think the company’s desire to add you to their team will determine how long negotiations take.
Thankyou, I have an offer of 9.4 lpa but had hr discussion with other company they said they will role offer for 8.7 i didn't mentioned about my current 9.4 offer to them.
What i should do now
Here I'm a bit confused one offer 7.8 fixed and 1.6 variable and 80 k joining bonus
Other one 8.2 fixed and 50 k variable and 50 k joining bonus

Let them know about your other offer. Hopefully, it's not too late and they can still negotiate.
