I would recommend starting with Victor Cheng's LOMS. It gave me a good foundation to work with. Then moved to doing cases with friends prior to doing practice cases with the firm before the interview. Focus on cases that relate to what you are appying for. I did 80 cases but only because I was doing Top 5 Mba recruiting so you could definitely pass with much less.

This is something for which there is an abundance of material you can easily access from Google. What are you looking for asking here vs just using Google?

Organize your thoughts into steps and don’t rely on a framework is the best advice I can give you. I watched YouTube videos to help me prepare.

I interviewed for an L6 Sr program manager role and was offered an L5 program manager position at amazon. I have 5 YEO and a masters. I saw the L5 role only asks for 2 YEO. TC for the L5 is slightly more than I make now. Would accepting this be a good long term move? Would I be taking a step backwards?

Is networking still key as an experienced hire? Networking was really helpful when I was applying to consulting as a student, because of the clear recruitment cycle most firms followed. Now that I’m looking to switch to industry, I’m looking at specific roles / depts at specific companies. Companies often seem to want to fill these roles quickly so no time to network, and on networking calls people can’t help as much if you are targeting a specific dept. any thoughts?
