How to prepare for a phone screen interview for Prod-ops?

Have an interview coming up for product strategy and ops at google - anyone gone through the process and has any insight? I was told it can be case and / or behavioral. Biggest question for me is, does a google case last all 45 min or they ask much shorter questions to see thought process? have found conflicting info online.

Is a referral needed for the Facebook RPM position? Im sure they get a ton of applications so wondering if there’s even a chance just applying outright

I have a phone screen interview for risk management roles with Citi and Charles Schwab for Senior Risk Manager roles. I have 7yoe in Risk and 7 yoe in PM. None in the financial sector. Citi is aUSPB Third Party Oversight role and Charles Schwab is a Sr Manager, Business Risk Role. Does anyone have any pointers to prep for the interview ?

Is it worth going through an interview process for a small firm just because and to possibly leverage a higher offer to get more at your current firm? I'm applying for a job that wants at least two business or professional references. Thing is my current job is my first job out of college and I don't want them contacting my current employer. Who am I suppose to list as a reference? Leave it blank although they personally asked for references? List college professors? Ask a coworker to be a reference and not spread work I'm leaving?
