Hey all, anyone have insight into LEK’s final round for Associates? I was told it would consist of 3x 30 min cases (quant, strategy, business logic). My first round quant was market sizing, and strategy was market entry so not sure if it will be the same, but also not sure what business logic consists of. Also, assuming it will be with Principals and Partners? Any other tips from current or former L.E.K. Consulting people, or anyone who’s gone through the process would be great!
What buckets would you generally use for cases?

This might actually work.
Honestly do play SimCity and KingdomRush to get the idea. SC looks like the first mini game and then KR looks like the second.
Then, youtube videos are very helpful so you have an idea of what you are supposed to do.
Then there are many strategy guides that you can buy. I think I bought one from PrepLounge by a guy named Francesco. That was helpful also
You need to understand the scope of the game beforehand and then you ‘ll find the game fairly easy!
If doing all that don’t make you feel comfortable that you will know what to do, DM me so I can share the tips and overall strategy I used.
Go for tower-defense-like games. You can find them online, on download free of charge on smartphone.
I would also think of how to structure and redistribute resources. For instance, look at the budget allocation to different teams. Think how much they may need money to operate efficiently. I kind of relate this to first phase, the ecosystem building.

I used the MConsulting Prep guide. They explain everything very clearly. I solved the game within half the allotted time.
Did you automatically get invited to the game or did you have to past a recruiter screening call first?
