When will tcs salary be credited for Oct 2022?
Hello fishes, I joined Nagarro on 24th of August. But still no project is assigned yet. Basically I am on bench. Now I am about to get an offer from ServiceNow. I really wanna join ServiceNow as it's a big product based organisation and the competition is really high compared to Nagarro. ServiceNow is giving me a joining date of 1st October. As I am still on bench, will I get released by Nagarro soon ? Because no project is allocated to me.

How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.

tech case interview is much different than a case you would get out of a an MBB. It’s more to see if you can logically structure and answer questions. The interviewer will present a business case then ask guided questions. It’s good if you can ask clarifying questions and then answer question with the SDLC as a framework.
I practiced via the cases they give you in the prep and bought Case and Point and practiced with another person.
All of this helped the case go super smooth for me
Read about the practice area and their latest services, understand the culture and their differentiators from recent blogs, and familiarize yourself with their LinkedIn posts (great conversation starters and gives you a feel for what they’re selling and focusing on today).
It was fairly straightforward for me. It was more of a long question than a “case.” Couple of numbers to throw you off, but they didn’t matter for mine (it was a client example where they want 20% return of investment over x years out of changing a process, and the answer didn’t really need any math, it was just about how i would describe/pitch a solution to accomplish that goal).
The “case” was with one interviewer and just as long as the other 2 interviews, which just asked me about my background, so it just felt like a similar step and another conversation. I got the offer 2 days after the process ended.
It was a bit robotic to be honest, the interviewers weren’t engaged and it felt too easy for me. Don’t stress.
@ey1 not sure if you’re asking Slalom this or me, but I’m coming in at Consultant level
I didn't have a final recommendation at the end of my case study and thought I wouldn't get the job. I think they want to see how you work through a problem. You'll be fine. Good luck!
