Same here. We got this 👍 I am trying to be productive and planning to work on myself. - Trying to have work time and personal time separate. Switch off from work after evenings - I go for runs in the late evenings when there are less people around. Downloaded some home workout apps. - Not been much of a cook since I always travel for work. Trying to cook some things tasty and with my fav music/podcasts on. - Have been trying to be lil more organized and cleaning up my place. - Calling friends and cousins and catching up. Arrange group video calls with old friends. - Not much of a reader but want to improve that hobby Please feel free to suggest if I can add more things to the list or improve any of these

If you are in tri state area (which I am assuming you are Bec of 1 BR like me), it’s extremely hard. But gotta do what you gotta do

Depending on where you live, you must step out at an hour when your surroundings aren’t crowded. You should walk/ run, don’t touch anything and sit anywhere but definitely get fresh air. This is recommendation from my therapist. She said we absolutely need to step out but follow distancing rules. I go to nearby park very early in the morning or after 8 pm. If I feel stuffy during the day, I walk in my apartment campus which is very large and full of greenery. If you are in a major city, look for an ally or a small street that isn’t crowded. You don’t have to be home all day.

Like everyone else is saying, go outside for a bit. Also, try to have some sort of clear goal for something that you want to work on (developing a hobby, learning to cook specific items, etc). Im taking this time to do some prep for MBA applications and finding that it really helps make the time go by fast. Also, call your friends/family often and do video calls with them.
