Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs

Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google
Bellandur/Sarjapur Road area. Which is the best Broadband Internet Service Provider here in terms of Transparency of charges / Speed / Customer Support & Service? Earlier took Jio, but their support service is non-existent. Looks like they have billed me again for a period I had already paid. Jio Airtel Hathway etc. etc.
I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?

What's your role and YOE? And how much more are you looking to go up by?
Well, it could have a lot to do with YOE, as that could be a point of negotiation.
Best of luck! I'd start to make a case around performance, loyalty, skills, and what you can/will continue to bring to the table for the company. Also express where you want to be with company in the future
I think CD1 has the best approach if we're assuming YOE has nothing to do with it. That's really the only approach you can take, because I'm not sure what else you would highlight to make a case for yourself.
What do you mean how? Phone ghuma, aur bol paisa maangta paisaaaa 😂
I think this would be the best way :D
