How to say no to an employer after accepting the offer and after getting the immigration done (h1b transfer) ? I had a reason due to which I had to wait for so long, but at this point of time my main goal is to say "NO' to that employer without burning the bridge.

I was supposed to go to the US for a work trip and was told by my immigration lawyers that they expect my L1 visa application will be lodged by then.
I don't know what this means and they aren't replying, are they saying I can't visit the US if this is the case? Or that I won't need to?

So I have been offered a job at multinational company as a Data Engg. It was a part of the hiring event, and literally got selected with a VERY VERY SIMPLE technical assessment, and a 45 minute interview.

The pay should within my expectations, but I am unsure about the company and the team.
