How to stay focused and engaged on a project that’s not super interesting, go!

Is it possible to take a role off in TCS if project is not good or unhappy with team?

I’ve been working on the agency side for over two years now, but would love to jump again to the client side, as I have a sense like you feel more as part of the project.
Any tips from someone who as made this shift, to help me make through the interview process?
Also, what would be a comparable position on the client side for someone who works on paid social media?

I want to know if anyone else feels like I do: I’ve been on 3 projects (1.5 years) and don’t feel “liked” or valued. I try to authentically connect with others and do my best work on every project team, but nothing seems to work. Even more frustrating are consistently subpar performance reviews, which make me doubt myself and my intelligence/worth. I feel absolutely useless here and can’t operate from a deficit. It’s like I’m like a fish trying to be a bird. Please help, what should I do?

Ok, so I have a couple of offers, one kind of lackluster, for the County. The other is for a credit union-I left credit unions a few years ago to join a FinTech supporting credit unions)
I was laid off last month and have had a flurry of interviews…this credit union offer is my favorite so far, I do have another offer I’m waiting for from another tech company which has a much higher salary range, but nothing is written in stone.
Should I counter? The offer is $95k for a project manager.

I’m a Junior right now and I’m thinking about my career growth. I’m planning at staying at my currently company at least until I become Analyst. Hello all, need some advice. Am currently working for a government consulting agency, but wishing to leave due to the way the project is being managed...I am in at least 4-5 hours of meetings a day, so barely have time to prepare for demos, preparation of slides for the client, nevermind being able to write decent stories(tickets)...
