I haven’t started yet, but have had a couple of Accenture PMs reach out regarding open roles for upcoming projects. All meetings have gone fine and promising, only to lead up to a rejection that they’re moving with another resource. Does Accenture move quickly in resourcing for projects?

I’m a recent grad and currently working in tech/product development. I have been interested in growing my career at either of these companies and would be grateful to gain insight on day-to-day and steps you took to successfully break in.

CSPO cert and a compelling narrative🤷🏽♂️
Different skillset. Best bet would be a product adjacent role such as product analytics etc. could also try a startup as they may give you a chance as a product owner. Paycut most likely
I feel like people make a big deal about roles being really different on this platform as if most of us don't do several different roles depending on projects or otherwise change careers multiple times. I am looking to make a similar (ish) move as I am a BA/product owner in a SAFe team and want to move into product manager role at some stage. I am planning to get relevant certifications, highlight the transferrable skills, speak to current product managers about what skills I need to be learning now/what I can highlight in an interview and then also embrace that I have a different skillset. I think a lot of programme Mgmt skills will make you an even better product manager
(I don't just mean in comments here btw, have seen similar responses when I posted a similar question a few weeks back)
