How to switch from pwc ac kolkata to pwc ac bangalore?

I dislike the work culture, management and pay at ac kolkata. Everything else I can endure but low pay is a big no. Heard ac bangalore pays almost 80% premium to ac kolkata. How to switch?

One of my friend attended tcs interview earlier in the year,got selected but didn't join,now the candidate got interviewed again and cleared the round, but there is no communication from HR after that.

So, what can be the reason for this delay.

Why does pwc ac kolkata pay poorly?

In terms of pay they fair even worse than kpmg. They have international clients yet dont follow competitive pay.

I am currently serving my notice period at PwC AC. They had given out a retention bonus in march with the clause to return it in full if an employee leaves the firm any time before march 2023. Tax was deducted when the bonus was paid out but as per the HR the tax will not be adjusted when I pay back the entire amount. Has anyone faced a similar kind of issue and is there a way to claim tax rebate in ITR ?

I am new to PWC Kolkata AC, I heard from ppl that the hike will be given on only basic not on the fixed CTC that has been offered. Is this true? Please throw some light on this.

I have joined PwC AC in Advisory practice in Dec (Around 45days back) . I've not got the project yet and still on bench. I connected with deployer and Coach 2-3 times, they said they are in process of allocating. What should I do now? Is it something to worry about?
How my performance will be evaluated and appraisal will be affected?
Will I miss bonus (Variable pay which was verbally promised by HR)?
